02. Exhibition Setup Precautions

1. Standard booth display equipment     

For inquiries regarding standard booth equipment installation, additional rentals, etc., please register at the main service desk in the west hall of Hall A3, consult the service counters in your respective halls, or contact the manager of your exhibition hall. Exhibitors who have additional equipment to rent before the exhibition should confirm that they have received the equipment fee notification and completed the payment. Equipment orders will not be confirmed if payment is not completed before June 3rd. For wall decorations, please register for rental at the main service desk.

On-site rental of exhibition equipment may result in insufficient stock and longer waiting times for workers. We appreciate your understanding!

2. Logistics pickup

Exhibitors who send goods to the exhibition hall warehouse before the exhibition must pick them up from the warehouse on the day of setup. For domestic goods, please affix the exhibitor's company name, booth number, and exhibition name to the outer packaging using A4 paper (sample shipping mark attached).

Storage fee: 20 yuan/day/cubic meter/ticket; handling fee: 100 yuan/cubic meter/ticket; forklift fee: 80 yuan/cubic meter/piece. The above fees are calculated starting from 1 cubic meter per ticket or piece.

The deadline for receiving goods is the day before the exhibition setup day (the 6th). No more goods will be accepted on the setup day.

During the setup period, exhibitors can inquire and pay at the exhibition hall service desk, or check and pay through the WeChat mini-program "Xiamen Exhibition Logistics" or the WeChat official account "iExhibition" before delivery. Exhibitors who do not need to entrust handling can pick up their exhibits from the warehouse. Please do not call the warehouse staff during the setup period, as they are busy shipping and cannot answer calls. Thank you for your understanding. Packages without the exhibitor's company name, booth number, or exhibition name on the outer packaging can be refused. There is no need to call the recipient before shipping.

3. Fire safety

The decoration, setup, and construction of exhibition booths within the exhibition hall must comply with fire safety regulations. Flammable materials must not be used for exhibition decoration. When placing display stands, booths, advertising light boxes, or other items, the function of fire-fighting facilities must not be impaired, and safety doors, fire-fighting equipment, and safety passages must not be obstructed in any way.

4. Construction Safety 

On-site construction workers must wear safety helmets, and those working at heights must be secured with safety ropes.

5. Management of exhibits and personal belongings

Exhibitors with valuable exhibits/items are responsible for their safekeeping during setup, dismantling, and the exhibition itself. When the venue closes, it is recommended to carry valuable exhibits/items with you or secure them with locks, or rent and install real-time surveillance cameras at the on-site service desk in advance to prevent loss or theft. During the exhibition, the organizing committee and affiliated organizations do not guarantee the safety of exhibitors' exhibits and items.

6. Packaging storage

This exhibition provides exhibitors with a free storage area for their packing boxes, located on the left side of Hall A6. The storage area is for packing boxes only; goods are not stored there. Exhibitors are responsible for storing their own goods at their booths.

 

03 Exhibition Preparation

For foreign trade and manufacturing companies, participating in exhibitions is an indispensable means of promotion. Companies need to make full use of the short but valuable time at exhibitions to create momentum! Next, let's talk about how to make thorough preparations before an exhibition and actively improve the effectiveness of participation.

#1 Actively promote

展前积极发布参展信息,将展会信息广泛通知到客户,邀请客户到展会现场进行交流洽谈。发布渠道包括:朋友圈、抖音社交媒体、邮件点对点通知等。参展企业可登录展商系统,利用海报邀约功能制作了公司专属宣传海报,请各家企业转发海报,积极邀请客商来场观展。主动邀约客户来场观展的企业展会效果将更加理想。

#2 展会现场氛围布置

富有特色的墙面装饰,展品布置,海报、易拉宝等其他装饰可以更好的吸引采购商驻足,这个时候就是介绍公司产品的好时机了!

#3 准备展会宣传材料

1. 印刷公司宣传资料,内容应简单明了展示公司及产品特点;

2. 准备好参展的展品,一定要熟记这些展品的规格等详细资料,以备向客户介绍;

3. 准备好参展展品的详细价格表(包装装箱资料),切记熟记几种常用的产品价格,当客户问时如能立即回答可能会收到意想不到的效果

4. 最好准备一些样品,以备重要客户索样。

 

04 撤展注意事项

1、参展商撤展

6月10日15:30后参展观众只出不进,16:00后开始清场,参展商展品打包撤出;15:00之前若有展品需要出馆,请到各个展厅后方的服务台开具出门条,出门时交安保人员查验,带出相应展品。15:00之后则不需要出馆条。17:00之前展商及展品需完成撤展。(注:如需回寄样品请通过正规渠道联系物流公司,谨防被骗)

2、搭建商撤展

6月10日17:00后,参展商撤展完毕后,搭建商开始拆除特装展位,主要注意事项:

① 野蛮撤展

检查现场是否存在出售展台搭建物及野蛮撤展(推,拉等)行为,以及不设置安全警戒区,不遵守主办单位规定提前撤展的。一旦发现,主场服务人员立即制止,要求按照相关规定撤展,并做出相应处罚。

② 安全帽

提醒撤展施工人员佩戴好合格安全帽,2次提醒还不按要求佩戴合格安全帽的,立即叫停,并按100元/人次扣除施工保证金,情节严重的加重处罚。

③ 高空作业

撤展高空作业,要求撤展人员必须使用合格安全的提升工具及操作平台,系好安全带、戴好安全帽、穿软底鞋、衣着符合高空作业要求、设置安全隔离区、清理区域内障碍物品,安全区要求设明显标示。施工现场设安全员负责施工安全工作。

(1)在工作前需把梯子安置稳固,不可使其动摇或倾斜过度。在水泥或光滑坚硬的地面上使用梯子时,须用绳索将梯子下端与固定物缚住(有条件时可在其下端安置橡胶套或橡胶布)。禁止把梯子架设在木箱等不稳固的支持物上或容易滑动的物体上使用。在通道上使用梯子时,应设监护人或设置临时围栏。

(2) Carefully check whether scaffolding, ladders and other climbing tools meet the requirements and are safe and reliable, and check whether the tools you carry are properly placed and secured.


05 Transportation Guide

Suggested route from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport/Railway Station to the exhibition hall:

Departing from Xiamen Gaoqi International AirportTake a taxi (approximately 30 minutes) or the Airport Express Zengcuo'an Line from the T3 Airport Express Station to the Convention and Exhibition Center South Road Intersection Station (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes).

Departing from Xiamen StationTake a taxi (about 30 minutes) or take bus route 19 from Gaoqi Railway Station (Zhongpu) to Mingfa Haijingyuan Station (about 1 hour and 30 minutes).

Departing from Xiamen North Railway StationTake a taxi (approximately 60 minutes) or take bus express line 1 from Xiamen North Railway Station to Dongfang Mountain Villa Station, then transfer to bus line 58/942/109 to Mingfa New City Station (approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes).
