The China (Xiamen) International Cross-Border E-commerce Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "ICEIE") has always adhered to a market-oriented approach since its inception, focusing on serving the market and businesses. It has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions, with its scale expanding year by year and its influence continuously increasing. It has become one of the highest-level, most professional, and most comprehensive industry events in the domestic cross-border e-commerce field.
As a well-known large-scale professional cross-border e-commerce exhibition in China, the China Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition (CCEE) fully leverages its resource advantages by gathering resources from the national trade promotion and commerce systems, integrating a large number of authoritative e-commerce platforms and service providers from home and abroad, and bringing together high-quality cross-border suppliers across all categories. It not only helps Chinese suppliers expand into overseas markets through cross-border e-commerce channels, but also introduces suitable international brands to the Chinese market, providing a comprehensive and efficient business matching platform for suppliers and brand owners, and serving the country's efforts to build a new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation.
In 2021, facing the challenges of the pandemic leading to the shutdown of overseas exhibitions and hindering enterprises' expansion into international markets, the Xiamen International Chamber of Commerce conducted in-depth research into enterprise needs and, taking on additional responsibilities, launched its own exhibition—the Xiamen International Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition—leveraging its years of experience in the field. The inaugural exhibition was recognized as a key exhibition in Xiamen and became a hit in the industry. In 2022, with the approval of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the exhibition was upgraded to a national-level event, becoming one of the few "China-branded" professional cross-border e-commerce exhibitions in China. The 2023 exhibition further highlighted its internationalism, professionalism, and authority, establishing special exhibition areas such as the "Kazakhstan Pavilion," "Japan Trade Pavilion," and "BRICS Countries Featured Products Exhibition Area." Statistics show that the ratio of buyers to booths exceeded 20:1, meeting internationally recognized standards for high-quality professional exhibitions. The 2024 exhibition emphasized four major innovations: "Cross-border E-commerce + Industrial Belts," "Cross-border E-commerce + Live Streaming," "Cross-border E-commerce + Geographical Indication Products," and "Cross-border E-commerce + Regional Economic Development." The event facilitated the establishment of Google's first global cross-border e-commerce acceleration center, launched Amazon Global Selling's industrial belt accelerator project, and kicked off Alibaba.com's "Super Supplier" e-commerce talent competition. The "First International Geographical Indication Products (Xiamen) Trade Fair" was held concurrently, expanding the "new track" of empowering industrial development and enterprise transformation through "cross-border e-commerce + geographical indications." The 5th China-Fujian Cross-border Trade Fair in 2025 continued the theme of "Cross-border Interconnection, Global Trade," featuring three main exhibition areas: Amazon SPN, TikTok Ecosystem, and "Alibaba Cross-border All-in-One." It also pioneered a POD-themed zone with a supporting industry conference, fully showcasing Fujian's advantages as a global hotbed for the POD industry. This year's exhibition achieved good results; statistics show that the number of visitors reached 46,235 over the three days, providing precise empowerment for cultivating new forms of foreign trade development and assisting traditional enterprises in transformation and upgrading.
