2025 China (Xiamen) International Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition
The fifth China Cross-Border Expo, continuing its theme of "Cross-Border Connectivity, Global Freight Connectivity," focused on "Cross-Border E-Commerce Empowering Innovation and Restructuring of Global Industrial and Supply Chains," highlighting "Cross-Border E-Commerce + Industrial Belts," and centered around the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade's "Chain Expo," a key strategy for maintaining the stability of global industrial and supply chains and promoting open cooperation. The exhibition area totaled 50,000 square meters, with 1,500 international-standard booths. The event attracted nearly 1,000 high-quality exhibitors from dozens of countries and regions worldwide and over 30 specialized industrial belts in China. The exhibits showcased premium cross-border products in categories such as footwear, apparel, luggage, outdoor products, pet supplies, home furnishings, beauty and personal care products, electronics, and bathroom building materials. Hundreds of service providers and nearly 30 major global cross-border e-commerce platforms also made their presence felt, and nearly 20 industry exchange events were held concurrently. The exhibition achieved significant success, attracting 46,235 visitors over the three-day period. Many exhibitors reported a continuous flow of inquiries and negotiations, expressing a strong sense of achievement and even renewing their booth reservations for next year.
After five years of development and cultivation, the China Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition has become one of the highest-profile, most professional, and most comprehensive cross-border e-commerce industry events in China. The Xiamen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to and support the development of the China Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition. Important documents such as the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating Digital Empowerment of High-Quality Economic and Social Development in Xiamen," "Several Measures for Promoting High-Quality Development of Cross-border E-commerce," and "Implementation Plan for the Special Action Plan to Boost Consumption in Xiamen" all list the China Cross-border E-commerce Exhibition as a key measure for Xiamen to promote high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce. Leveraging the overseas resources of the trade promotion system, the organizing committee mobilized counterpart trade and investment promotion agencies to organize 124 domestic and international business delegations totaling over 1,700 people to visit the exhibition. Furthermore, dozens of foreign embassies and consulates and business organizations in China, including those from Canada, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Thailand, South Korea, and Indonesia, organized overseas companies to participate in the exhibition and conference. The Xiamen Liaison Office of the China-Indonesia Business Council established an "Indonesia Pavilion" at the China-Indonesia Cross-Border Expo and organized nearly 70 Indonesian buyers to visit Xiamen for procurement. Leveraging the influence of overseas Chinese, Chen Ming, Chairman of Asian Influence Co., Ltd. and great-grandson of Tan Kah Kee, organized a Spanish purchasing delegation and other international buyers for targeted direct procurement. Chairman Chen Ming highly praised the exhibition's success and pledged to organize a larger purchasing delegation next year.
